I make no resolutions just aims to achieve throughout the year!

Well this is my first blog and I'm determined not to make it baby related :-)

I have come up with a very large list of what I would like to achieve this year. Some are silly little things that I should be doing already and others are major life changing decisions. One of the main objectives I have this year is to loose weight, along with million of other NY resolutions. However I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself for it as my other major aim is to get pregnant which kinds of cancels the weight loss one out.  I'm still going to aim to loose as much as I can before and after, while trying not to add too much during.

I'm currently 13stone 4lbs and would really like to be 10stone by the end of the year. If I could pull off this miracle I'd ideally like to be 9stone 7lbs but after getting to just over 10stone 4 years ago I'll be happy with those measurements. If only I could get rid of the horrid marks left by pregnancy and the nasty over hang! Always surgery when I've had all my bambino's.  That will take care of that!

Today I've done my first bit of exercise in addition to walking the dog and playing with Lydia. I love the Wii but always seem to fall out of the habit of keeping up with it. I only have Wii Fit Plus but have put in a little request with my other half for Zumba and Biggest Loser as they get rave reviews from other ladies trying to loose weight while having a child to look after. I didn't manage long (shameful 36 minutes) but did burn a whopping 153Kcals in that time. I hope to go back on tonight when I get the living room back to myself.

I've had to tell the other half that he has baby duties from 8.20pm on Wednesday's as I am determined that I will get to water aerobics from next week. It just clashes with him taking his son home but it's the only time it's on and he get's his night of exercise so it's only fair. I hope to get to a class one evening too but think I need to build my confidence and fitness levels up a bit more first.

I will be doing a weigh-in every Friday morning, I'll be doing this with my friend so hopefully this will spur me on to keep loosing weight and getting fitter.  I dread to think how I'll cope with two toddlers running rings around me otherwise. 


Here's my Food Log for today:

Breakfast:
Bowl of Cornflakes with Semi Skimmed and 1/2 a tsp of halfspoon sugar
Drinks:
Two cups of tea with 1tsp of HS sugar
Three pints of Orange Squash 
Lunch:
Five Melba toast with duck roulette and chili jelly
Snacks:
Two naughty Segasations
Dinner:
Jacket Potato, Steak, Salad, Portabello Mushroom, Beetroot and a little cheese 


Wish me luck and pray for me.....I'm going to need all the support I can get!
